For food-safety reasons, perishable food should not be left unrefrigerated or otherwise stored outside recommended temperature ranges. Gina Belle’s Restaurant is not responsible for deterioration, contamination, or other food-safety issues caused by improper transportation, storage, reheating, handling, or delayed consumption after an order has been picked up or delivered to the customer.
7. Promotions and Specials
Specials, promotions, discounts, and limited-time offerings may be subject to additional terms, availability, dates, quantities, or restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be combined and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.
